Here is a documentary about it which includes many creditable witnesses who were involved in the incident, but I suppose that the usual suspects will say they are all liars. Col.Halt even made a tape recording of what went on that night and he aired it on the Larry King Show.

I used to watch Unsolved Mysteries ,the One with the two women and a boy  in the car , that had a craft hovering above them was unreal , Unfortunately the two of them were diagnosed with a rare form of cancer later in their Life ..

The day after the Incident there was a Round scorch mark that had burnt away the Tarmac ,at the actual time plastic in the car
actually melted and was disfigured , Within a  day or two  Army involved road repaired ETC ..

The women even said they did not mind if it was Military as long as they knew ..Obviously this before they became seriously ill ..

Nothing was ever revealed .

Robert Stack who originally hosted the Programme  Knew something was well amiss and had no problems  saying it , No matter
it be the Law Politicians or Military he would often insist that serious questions were asked  ..

watched a few docs on this now, seems crazy its so under the radar

I have seen a few on it ,  There are some Unsolved Mysteries dedicated to UFO incidents some are very convincing Police etc

i saw a programme about this on discovery, one of the sceptics said, what they saw was the Orfordness lighthouse flashing in the distance.!!!!
He might as well have said they saw nothing.

One would think that with almost every adult, and now kids, having a camera in their pocket at all times, there would be increased sightings of UFOs. I think mankind deserves a high resulotion picture of some UFO.

They did. Penniston was interviewed by the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) shortly after his encounter. AFOSI is a branch of military intelligence tasked with security issues within the US Air Force. The AFOSI agents asked Penniston if they could inject him with the “truth drug” Sodium Pentothal in order to help extract information about his encounter. He reluctantly agreed on the condition that after his interrogation they would leave him alone.

One of his colleagues was so traumatised by the event and the warnings of what would happen to him and his family if he ever spoke about the incident, that he blew his brains out.

1. Early in the morning of 27 Dec 80 (approximately 0300L), two USAF security police patrolmen saw unusual lights outside the back gate at RAF Woodbridge. Thinking an aircraft might have crashed or been forced down, they called for permission to go outside the gate to investigate. The on-duty flight chief responded and allowed three patrolmen to proceed on foot. The individuals reported seeing a strange glowing object in the forest. The Object was described as being metallic in appearance and triangular in shape, approximately two and three meters across the base and approximately two meters high. It illuminated the entire forest with a white light. The object itself had a pulsing red light on top and a bank(s) of blue lights underneath. The object was hovering or on legs. As the patrolmen approached the object, it manoeuvred though the trees and disappeared. At this time the animals on a nearby farm went into frenzy. The object was briefly sighted approximately an hour later near the back gate.


2. The next day, three depressions 1 1/2" deep and 7" in diameter were found where the object had been sighted on the ground. The following night (29 Dec 80) the area was checked for radiation. Beta/gamma readings of 0.1 milliroentgens were recorded with peak readings in the three depressions and near the center of the triangle formed by the depressions. A nearby tree had moderate (.05 - .07) readings on the side of the tree toward the depressions.


3. Later in the night a red sun-like light was seen though the trees. It moved about and pulsed. At one point it appeared to throw off glowing particles and then broke into five separate white objects and then disappeared. Immediately thereafter, three star-like objects were noticed in the sky, two objects to the north and one to the south, all of which were about 10 degrees off the horizon. The objects moved rapidly in sharp angular movements and displayed red, green and blue lights. The objects to the north appeared to be elliptical through an 8-12 power lens. They then turned to full circles. The objects to the north remained in the sky for an hour or more. The object to the south was visible for two or three hours and beamed down a stream of light from time to time. Numerous individuals, including the undersigned, witnessed the activities in paragraphs 2 and 3.

The trouble with UFOs (apart from what that means) is that they always seem to be in dark, shady places without many witnesses captured on shaky videos from miles away. Why is that? Why not just land in Trafalgar Square one day and say hello?

I understand your logic Aka but would you go public if you had a similar experience? I saw a UFO as clear as anybody could possibly see one, years ago. Long before cameras on phones and the likes. It was a moonlight night and there it was hovering in the sky approx. 100ft above. It was triangular in shape, with three bright red lights on it`s points. Silver in colour reflecting like a mirror in the moonlight.  I stood and watched it for over 20 minutes, then whoooooosh it sped way out to sea in a millisecond. It definitely was not of this world. Did I tell anybody? Did I ****! The men in the white coats would have taken me off to the nearest asylum!

Mac I thought I saw one once. Seriously.
Saw it from an upstairs window.
Son was staying overnight at the time so I shouted him up.
After a few wheres and are you blind he pointed out it was the moon shining on an aerial.

So I take it the Alien got a frosty reception

Went for a long walk along the beach when i was younger,in the middle of nowhere , i  found a bloke crying with something that resembled burn marks on his arms and face, he was foreign but was pointing to the sky and saying ''light, light'',  and making whooshing noises making a triangle shape
with his hands.. he was shaking like a leaf, a guy went past on a bike so i asked him to call someone when he got to the first phonebox, i stayed with this guy, the police arrived about an hour later, then they called an interpreter over the radio, once the police spoke to the interpreter, they took the guy away in a car, no ambulance was called as far as i can remember, never found out what happened.

Might have been the one I saw.

There is something out there, what it is or what is going on we will never know. Could Earth be a penal colony? We used to send criminals to Australia, so could Aliens not have sent their criminals to Earth thousands of years ago and they keep us under watch from space above?

Could our ancient ancestors be criminals from an Earth like advanced civilisation?

Myself and my son together in South London on a summer evening with clear skies, about 1998 i believe, we saw a number of UFOs in the sky, about 4 i think.

They where very clear bright lights flying across and back for about 15 minutes,travelling a fair distance a super speeds.

They were doing in an equidistant fashion, from point to point.That itself seemed impossible but also they were making manoeuvres and turns that were also impossible, it was all like a very exact synchronised and totally awesome thing.

It`s highly possible that my theory is nonsense, but I can assure everyone that my UFO experience was 100% true, just like dambuster, peckerdunne and EVEN AKA.
