It's the very highly educated idiots you have to watch out for. Heir to the throne a classic, had the very best education that money can buy but clueless on anything that matters in real life.

I'm not a republican btw - just couldn't think of a better example in the public eye. Worked with plenty of them.

It is the lowest ranked Uni in the UK - today, I don't think Corbyn left in 2019, it was some 40 years ago. Anyone that get's 2 E's clearly wasn't trying, I've read he didn't like the authoritarianism and bullying at the school he went to and was going through the motions til he left. Blair is all A-level'd up, or O'leveled, his name is toxic today.

Considering his education Prince Charles' academic results are very average.

If you were bright you'd do better than that not trying.  Who knows whether he was trying or not.  Plenty of people couldn't get two E's even if they wer trying their hardest.

So his excuse at school was it was too authoritarian and his excuse at University was ....?

yep - highly educated - idiot.
Lots of them in middle management where they can't do too much damage but occasionally one slips through the net and that deadly combination - a sense of entitlement, totally misplaced self-confidence and total ignorance of real life, will cause total destruction.

I guess at 70 Corbyn could've proved his intellectual competence in a range of ministerial positions.... Oh hang on, he hasn't had any.

Corbyn is pro BREXIT, or is it Seamus Milne that is pro BREXIT and Corbyn just goes along with whatever Seamus says?   Could be that Corbyn is not pro BREXIT and Seamus Milne is and Milne has played him like a fiddle.  His behaviour if he is pro BREXIT, were that of a man who is totally incompetent.

No Corbyn is leader and has never done anything in his life that he didn’t want to do
That’s his character and personality for the last 60 years
He us a remainer and will try and overturn the referendum result

Jeremy has been anti EU most of his life i believe , think though for a moment he is on a difficult position a lot of Labour mps are Remain but a lot of Labour voters especially in the midlands and north of England voted to leave

You sound a bit like a snob clydebank, with all due respect, plenty of intelligent people with no qualifications, many of them millionaires, some people have been to the university of life, Corbyn's always been in touch with grass roots politics and how real people live, couldn't really do that for years being cabinet or shadow cabinet member, to busy being whipped and doing as you're told.

"Executive Director of Strategy and Communications" - i suppose politics is a business of sorts. In my experience people in this role have ruined many a good business. Usually start of strong and popular, seen as a saviour then disappear with hefty pension and knighthood when their strategy fails.

Brexit is not a left /right issue its more complex than that , although some of the tory fanboys cannot fathom that out for some reason

It doesn’t matter how intelligent. or not he might be
His character is seriously flawed , we can see that clearly now over Brexit

Corbyn is privately educated I believe scandi, unlike me, who went to a pretty bad school and got a first class degree.  There are some bright people with few qualifications, but not many

BREXIT is not a left/right issue, although the EU and EU law helps fight against the global trend towards the widening of the wealth gap and protects workers' rights which is obviously more in line with Labour philosophy.

Unfortunately as the result in Ebbw Vale shows many people who voted are completely ignorant to that.

I don't like Theresa May.  But it was the smart call (a no brainer really) for her to call an election to get BREXIT through when she made it.  It didn't work out that way, just like it didn't work out for Man City against Wigan in the Cup Final.  Sometimes the percentage call goes against you.

Labour are fudging hoping for an election, and no deal supporters are hoping that by blocking all attempts to get a deal through they might end up with no deal, and the LDs and SNP position is clear.  So she had no chance.
