The most recent figures estimate the build has cost Spurs upwards of £850m, possibly reaching £1billion.
A key reason behind the rising costs has been blamed on Brexit and subsequent higher costs of importing and the worsening of exchange rates.

As nick says above, the original estimate was for a different project entirely. Do you think it fair that they infer that brexit is a 'key reason' for the final spend almost tripling? Sometimes you ask ridiculous questions for the sake of asking em.
Tbh, £350m sounds conservative. Arsenal's stadium was completed in 2006 and cost £390m.
Spurs new stadium has the first retractable pitch of its kind in the world.
Whoever made the initial estimate was making a retractable pitch.
