My guess is you have the issue where you need to withdraw your money to payment method you used to deposit that money.
For instance, you deposit the following amounts using these payment methods: Visa: 100€ Bank: 100€ Paypal: 100€
Now let's say your account today stands at 500€ and you want to withdraw it all to your Bank account. You will only be able to withdraw 100€ at first. Then you will be told you've reached the limit on net deposits. To get past this limit, you will have to send the 100€ each back to Visa and Paypal before you can continue withdrawing to your bank account. Basically the money has to go back to the correct source.
