Yes, in the old days they used to say the best way of defeating terrorism was to carry on normal life, so as not to encourage them. These days with every attack the authorities infringe further on our civil liberties with yet more stringent laws. It never stops the actual terrorists though.
Someone with a cynical mind might think they deliberately create an attack in order to have more control over us. |
