Well yes 'The Management', I do agree with you to a point but I would say that "chit chat" is easily the most intelligent of all the forums on Betfair and has always been so in my time on here.

The Tories elected May to take us out of the EU, so why don't they back her?
I do not think no deal is a very good option Delaying Brexit is pointless, just kicking the can down the round Or another referendum, which maybe is what this is all about, we will vote to remain |

And comrade corbyn is back to calling for a GE. As of course Labour have no interest in fulfilling the will of the people anyway, they just want to try and get Corbyn in to bring us a replica Venezuela economy. A pox on all of them.

When we really need a decent opposition, we get Corbyn, McDonnell, Abbott et al,

Venezuela having their "winter of discontent". Corbyn must be annoyed he's having to stay here and sh1t stir through brexit, when he was a back bencher he could've been over there on a fact finding mission to get tips on to how to totally sh*ft a countries economy and basic services. The folk memory of how his unions did it here in the 70s must be fading.

and that's why we get nowhere, boxingthefox. Too many incompetent debaters facing each other. There should be more like Rumpole/Cox to liven the place up
|
|
By:
Yes bap I heard better points/questions around Cox today than I've heard from 'that place' for a long time. Spot on JC.
|
|
By:
cox is good, the speaker is good, then theres not that many impressive when making a speech
but not many are speaking off the cuff at times its like listening to some jobsworth from a call centre reading their lines off a board. and some of em should be subtitled |

The thing is who wants to be PM and try to get ANOTHER brexit deal through, given the amount of dodgy wine the EU are apprently being sneaked into downing street? They keep saying no one wants to be be handed a poisoned chablis.
|
|
By:
"Assuming the Spelman/Dromy amendment passes today, that's what I think she'll do and she can then blame it all on parliament that no deal has been removed, blame it on The EU in regards to an A50 extension not being allowed, which The EU might well do, and point out that those are the 2 choices now facing them - Deal v No Brexit."
This is it, she's going to get this through by crook simple as that I mean even the fact they are talking about a 3rd vote proves they are not going to stop until you've got either a watered down version which is no point bothering with we might as well just stay, or you ain't leaving full stop which you might as well have ffs They want just one thing, the end of the human rights act, hence Theresa May not budging, looking like she hasn't slept in months because of it, a throat like a 12 hour drinking binge, she's going to scarper once this deal gets through and tbh this is the time this country's people stand up and kick the fu***** lot of em out. |
