I dont lose every bet so pay com on those wins even though I am a net loser now BF take extra money from winners yet they dont give anything back I feel in todays Britain I can take these clowns for decent payout, thoughts please?

I agree that they should give the loosers rebates out of the pc, but don't believe for a moment that it would be legal to force them to.

In today's Britain its only a matter of time before somebody takes the betting industry to the cleaners

I have often wondered how much I have lost over all the time I have been with betfair.  I would like to see how much it averages out over the years, so I have an answer for those people who look at me like I am stupid when it comes up about the gambling, although I like to keep quiet about it.  I always say to people who think it is stupid to gamble how much do they pay for their entertainment? Money spent on dining out, clothes, holidays, women, cars etc etc.  I enjoy my gambling probably more than their way of spending.

No problem, I done it myself last year and spent days breaking it all down, removing all the poker investments etc until I had a bottom line sports-betting only figure. 16 years worth. Interesting reading.

What poker games do you play?

Mainly NL Holdem STT's or MTT's. Prefer live though

I'm a specialist in those games too, only DONs in STT though.

I played live a bit this year and didn't enjoy it. You try to count the pot or opponents stacks and the dealer is moaning at you to hurry up

Indeed, seldom play online now unless I'm practising, although there is little difference reading player traits. Live has a slight edge but unless you're up there with the big boys it is negligible.

I think big edges live apart from high stakes.

They used to lower your commission based on rake until recently, but they stopped. I pay the full 5% now

I mainly play tournaments and the bots are mainly in cash games.

The trouble is, if you play on a popular site like stars or party, maybe they can ban bots but the standard of play is higher so swings and roundabouts really.
