When you’re feeling rough, you’ll try anything to feel better.Pharmaceutical companies know this and will hike up the price accordingly. And they try to justify this by putting “max strength “ on all the advertising.A crushed up paracetamol and some lemon powder (cost about 3p) then becomes Lemsip “Max Strength”and sells for a fiver for 10 sachets.Total scumbags.
You can buy cheap non branded supermarket own make phenlyphrine capsules for under £2 for 10 ,they are the magic ingredient in lemsip that clears blocked sinuses ,in conjunction with paracetamol ,some sugar ect they make you feel great for an hour then it disappears and your right back in square one ,if you have been daft enough to put your coat on and go out all of a sudden you feel like a fish out of water ,it’s dangerous imo .Its to trick people to go to work when thar dying .False economy ,if your that bad just stay at home.Phenlyphrine ,1000mg vit c ,paracetamol ,aspirin help but not for long ,Especially if it’s manflu .phenlyphrine is not good for you ,ok once in a blue moon but take too many and your nasal membranes can bleed .
