I agree with the OP, I think. Instead of trying to educate, why not just lock 'em all up.

Because "education" is normalising people to it, so the elites who practise this sort of filth can go about their business unhindered, if they should get caught its an "illness" and they need "help".... job done

The school curriculum should also be changed to educate children as to "the dangers" of Jihad, particularly now there is a poster girl for it in the global public eye.

By saying its a sickness it automatically implies they need "help", they need rehabilitation etc. If people admit they have a problem in a court of law they get pity, they are booked onto courses and should they agree to attend they don't get a prison sentence. All the while they have no intention of giving up their "sickness".

All of it is a charade for the cameras or judges etc

cor what a proper loon you are ss. ive barely registered your bollox before. the elites are incredibly good at shape-shifting, dontcha think? even fgm! never stuck them up for that one. they are soooo crafty, adopting a vile practice that mugs like me only thought was used by barbarian africans and arabs. fgm is another weapon the elite use to further their own plans to... err... whatever it is, they are  out to control us. and by jove, they are succeeding.

mugs like me never thought to confront it by questioning everything and believing nothing. shame there are not more people like you in everyday life. why is it that the cleverest people are confined to the interweb? you never encounter them at parties, or social gatherings of any importance. why is that?

Who could EVER have imagined that BRITISH schoolchildren could ever have to be given information on FGM as part of "sex education" ? 

"They won't change the way we live" is an even bigger blatant lie now than it obviously was when routinely trumpeted in the Blair years.

What is the point of teaching school children this, they are the victims.

It is illegal in this country, and if it is performed the perpetrators should be prosecuted.


Well if any females are going to be subjected to this, I hope they are given a help line.

I do not see a problem with senior school age children being given information about this abhorrent but apparently quite widespread practice (in some communities).
Circumcision IS taught about!  Most might not consider this abhorrent, but it is quite widespread and equally represents a form a physical mutilation.

It is good that school children know the harm this can do.


But they must be able to report this or there is not much point

The trouble with MALE circumcision it is usually done as a baby, so boys will either have been done or not

Uble - FFS - The proposal is not to seek approval of the process from these students.  The fact that it is illegal, unacceptable and abhorrent is fully accepted in the the proposals and presumably and hopefully this will be reflected in the education process.

Schools teach so much crap that the addition of this won't make a difference. At that age, people just take it as another chapter in the book(maybe they slip it in as the last chapter so it'll get lost anyways in 'We didn't have enough time to cover the whole book' or 'this chapter is not relevant for the exam' )

I am more concerned about people still using BBC as a reliable source of info and quoting it like the OP. Bash it all day but when you like a story conveniently quote it

If the headline was 'FGM's addition to the curriculum not approved' people would still be on about how some crazy people have taken over the country and are hiding their own evils from the newer generations. That is the nature of the general public response.
