Easy mistake to make I suppose. I invented a pair of socks once that came with a choice of nooses attached. I thought they might come in handy if one was passing by a harbour or marina, and a sailor needed help securing a boat. I expect you’ve all done the same thing too.

Still, a quick apology, so hopefully that’s all cleared up. Good to know that a reputedly blue chip brand is in such safe hands.

Definite health and safety concern this.  Them football hoolies that are kitted out by Burberry could easily get that snagged up while they're having a ruck with some other crew

I suspect that the traditional hangman's noose employed thirteen loops because that number was already considered unlucky. Just a guess.
