In my view the vegan alternatives to milk and butter are superb. Alas, the vegan cheeses I've tried are not quite so appealing to my taste.
Anybody know of a good brand? Preferably one that melts. :)

I do have some of that in the refrigerator right now. The texture is good, but it's rather lacking in taste and refuses to melt. |
