Some people think it was the banks?
Report Steve Voltage February 17, 2019 12:25 PM GMT
It’s the attitudes amongst people that they created in that era. It is going to take years and years if ever to correct the attitudes of people.

There was far too much easy credit...

But then the banks pushed it....too far

'The Right?'

Brown and Blairs greatest legacy was to get 'the right' to park their tanks on (New) Labour's lawn

Blair's virtue signalling in opening the door to all the eastern Europeans from day one of their EU entry was a catastrophe. Their estimates of how many would arrive must be amongst the most erroneous in history.(and Merkel learned nothing from it)
Report UBLE/REGY February 17, 2019 2:29 PM GMT
Yes Blair was very wrong in this

In fact this was when we should have had a referendum on staying in or exiting the EU.

The rules of the EU had changed...a lot more countries.

Saddo,it wasn't their decision, these placed "leaders" are told what to do by those above them, thats how the world is run like it or not

Sad

Only two countries didn't decide to drip em in gradually Terry, and no one wanted to go to the other one. I assume the countries who rationed entry have 'higher ups' as well.

Orban's rhetoric is just a facade to cover up that he's in T-H-E-I-R pockets more than anyone else.
