Dunno but there seems to be some double-counting. The Sun says:
THREE judges have been charged as part of a police enquiry into an alleged scam involving legal aid claims of £12.6million.
They are among nine people summonsed to appear in court on July 17.
but also that:
The nine include two barristers, six solicitors and a legal clerk.
