SlippyBlue, obvious derail, however - how would you compare Dulwich (i heard it was nicer there) to surrounding areas such as Brixton, Camberwell, New Cross, Lewisham, Peckham, Deptford, Woolwich etc? Thinking of moving back to SE for work but don't want to end up in some **** pit again
