Neil should get a job as "Blue Nun" ambasador to the world. I don't think my local supermarket sells it, I need to keep an eye out, crack a bottle on the final episode.
By:
That should be a thing. All This Week fans should have blue nun the final night :)

Which is the comedian?

I think people’s interest in politics is being killed off.
They know what the questions are going to be and they prep an answer that might tip its hat to the question but will basically be tribal tosh. |
By:
they've always known the questions. Bruce has finished off this programme; it was on it's last legs & she's broken both
By:
with all the folk crying out for air time , surely they could have had a better panel
By:
Despite Mays performances Ian Blackford is recognised as the laughing stock of the house.
By:
1 day ago - THE BBC has, for the THIRD time in two days, cut off its coverage of a key Brexit debate just as the SNP's Ian Blackford stood up to speak.

with all the voting going on they've done well to get any politician on

By:
Not sure Politician is the right word to describe ex investment banker Blackford.
![]() |
By:
he just repeats the same words over and over again so no great shakes cutting him off
Imagine being at the bar with Blackford and Barry the bore from labour.Probably the two most boring men in Westminster |
By:
It doesn't look interesting enough for me to bother doing a thread on it tonite.

Bap - I came to a conclusion earlier tonight - I've had enough of politics and brexit for the moment.
I was watching the news getting worked up at the idiots in the commons (again) .. and look at that panel. You say "steady", I will be steady. Anyone with a shred of intelligence knows Blackford is an arrogant oxygen pilfering bigot who will lie all through the program, we know it in advance, the program is a waste of time. Why watch it and get annoyed when we know this in advance? Why bother watching any of this, the news coverage etc, and get annoyed by morons, I can't change any of it, none of us can. It's a waste of time, it's as pointless as arguing with the conspiracy nuts. I'll be steady as I won't be watching it! Space 1999 has an interesting episode on Forces TV and there is a decent looking film starting on the horror channel, and I've a pile of books to read. Better things to do or watch, I think we'd all be better off just ignoring it all, and just remember what our political class are and which skum are the enemies of our democracy, come voting time. |
By:
You tell them Ian.
By:
just knuckle down and get the deal done Blackford you TWxt.
![]() NEWSFLASH ... Scotland wont leave Europe. ![]() ![]() WAC he is. ![]() |
By:
Nobody will be leaving Europe. As I have said before, the "people" who really run this country will never allow it to happen.
Democracy betrayed regardless of whichever way one voted. |
By:
... It will happen imo, just take a few months longer imo.

By:
themightymac You tell them Ian. ![]() He was disingenuous with his cross party reference in Scotland. The SNP bought the Green Party vote for the past 2 years to get their budget through. This despite their constantly deriding the DUP/Tory arrangement. The Green/SNP alliance was in terms of a %age of GDP costlier than the DUP/Tory alliance. |
By:
Audience member Nobody knew what they were voting for.
Infers we are too thick. Speak for yourself dear. |

By:
May was always a remoaner yet they put her in charge ........ that in itself shows what politics is/was all about - nobody shud be surprised ........ meanwhile one for her good friends from the DUP
