Greetings and best wishes chitchatters

We have no clouds around here tonight (SE UK) - it's freezing but the stars are amazing.
I can't remember ever seeing them so clearly. It's well worth a look.

(And iIf you can, please leave some food out for the birds while you are out there)

Happy stargazing.

Magnificent night for star gazing indeed. I feed the birds in the morning but don`t leave out food overnight - rats. Just spent another 40 quid on bird feed on Amazon last week. Must look after our feathered friends.

Laugh Just noticed that Mac.  Very good Grin

Blue tits early, Para?  They're always here in Perth.

I've three feeders top of my kitchen window.  Peanuts, mixed seeds and fatball.

Orion's just about standing on the southwest horizon, Culvin.

Well done Culvin feeding our feathered friends.

2nd photo from bottom is a Linnet. Used to be hundreds of them about here but never seen one in twenty years. Same with Skylarks. Their habitat is fastly disappearing.

Fantastic pictures Morpeth.

linnets are buggers, up in tree get binoculars out and get quite jumpy. noisy too, there was a sing off last week between them and a squadron of goldcrest.
