In some countries (like Germany/Switzerland) being famous is about the only way to be buried properly for a good length of time, this will surprise most people. Normally you are only buried for say 20-25 years then someone else is put in your grave and your gravestone taken away, and that's the end of you. Famous people are allowed to remain un grave molested if they are famous enough to warrant interest in the grave. Only other way to stop it is your relatives want to (and can be organised enough to) keep renewing another temporary lease on it.
That's why when I move there I'm going to become famous. I'm thinking either the person who invents how to fill the holes in swiss cheese, or cereal killer. I going to start with a Kellogs mini variety pack, and do them, one by one. They deserve it, the quarter bowl filling b*stards.
