i think the way she would do it (if she does) is to summon the wee guy(speaker )to the castle and tell him that before business at the next sitting he is to announce that all is suspended and parliament is dissolved ,they all get sacked and none of them are allowed to stand for the next election and the wee fella(dont know his name but he is the head speaker is the only one who keeps his job,he is always saying "order,order order,)
thats how it works ,but i am not sure if it will happen.so i guess all the camera crews will be searching for the wee fella today to find out the latest news.but the heat in on,it might be all bullsh1t.
