Rather than re-race why not have a 2 year stewards enquiry ?

if you back a horse and it loses you can never bet on horse racing again

if a trainer enters a horse in a race and it gets defeated it can
never take on the horse that defeated it again.

When a horse wins you expect it to receive the prize

I thought 3 out we were still in with a good shout as we knew he would stay on and he won going away. Absolutely lovely job and it was very exciting although as you say conditor, after a mile or so it didn't look too promosing. Bless her, stable lass Katherine bawling her eyes out
