Rather than re-race why not have a 2 year stewards enquiry ?

Report donny osmond • January 16, 2019 12:45 PM GMT

if you back a horse and it loses you can never bet on horse racing again

Report donny osmond • January 16, 2019 12:47 PM GMT

if a trainer enters a horse in a race and it gets defeated it can
never take on the horse that defeated it again.

Report Get me a drink • January 16, 2019 1:27 PM GMT

When a horse wins you expect it to receive the prize

Report cooperman • January 16, 2019 1:31 PM GMT

Best of three?

Report Just Checking • January 16, 2019 1:42 PM GMT

There are horses old enough now who were too young to race when the race was run.

Report SlippyBlue • January 16, 2019 2:46 PM GMT

Well terry, my brother is in the syndicate that owns 'Besty' and the trainer Suzy Smith is expecting him to win today!

Report terry mccann • January 16, 2019 2:51 PM GMT

For anyone still trotting out this Will Of The People bollocks: let's erect giant statues of Jimmy Savile in every town square, and inscribe the names of everyone who lives there who said something nice about him when he died. And then tell anyone who complains that no, you made a decision in October 2011, and you can't change your mind because facts have emerged. The majority of the country liked a serial paedophile rapist. Get over it.

I thought 3 out we were still in with a good shout as we knew he would stay on and he won going away. Absolutely lovely job and it was very exciting although as you say conditor, after a mile or so it didn't look too promosing. Bless her, stable lass Katherine bawling her eyes out

Report houseofpain • January 16, 2019 3:57 PM GMT

Well terry, I think you can safely kick that firm into touch
Debstyman - "Behind and pushed along, reminders in 5th, and no impression after 3 out, finally picked up before 2 out, went close 2nd at the last, ridden to lead run-in, stayed on well op 2/1 tchd 13/8 and tchd 9/4"
