I pay a TV license for unbiased unopinionated programs not the left wing shoite with SJW undertones like the 'new' Dr Who we currently get. The sooner it goes subscription the better because that will be the end of it cause no one will pay for it.

I don't think the BBC have an agenda, although

On the radio Friday lunchtime news out of all the stories in the world number 1 was man arrested  for creating YouTube videos to pick up women and number 2 was Ronaldo having a DNA test for having sex with a woman he met in a nightclub years ago.

Can't comment on radio as do not listen. However, the TV side has a massive agenda.

Yesterdays news included the mostly peaceful march in London for another general election. All peaceful apart from the few arrests shown in a scuffle at the end of the report. If this had been a brexiteer march, the scuffles and arrests woud have been at the start as the main part of the story. Question time this week heavily loaded to the left as most weeks are.

Whether, you are left, central or right, it is imperative that the main channel funded by all is impartial to all. This is sadly far from the case with the BBC and is unacceptable.

Putin backed Brexit.

Arron Banks hasn't conclusively explained from where he got his £8 million which he funnelled into the Leave campaign....was it from Putin ?

Anything Putin backs is not good for UK !

Could be better to stay in EU and fight for change within it !

Take a look at the audience on the Big Questions programme showing now n BBC 1.

Another shocking example was when that black Labour woman MP was found guilty perverting course of justice etc. Enough to be one of the headlines, if not the MAIN headline of news, but tucked away somewhere in the middle. Now if this was a tory MP of any colour or sex, would probably have been the main headline and rightly so. Should be the same for all though.

I'm not paying to watch that.
I think I'm going to stop paying the licence fee.
It'll soon be their channel so they can pay for it.

you should have a choice.

i would gladly give my £150 licence tax to the NHS or any worthy charity, but why should i be forced to pay for something i do not watch or have any interest in.

It just shows how far right we have come as a nation when the best Broadcasting company in the world is under siege from the right because they've become so used to the media being right wing that they think they are the norm. From news to nature programmes to drama to radio to political programmes the BBC is way ahead of almost any other broadcaster in the world and this campaign to try and undermine them is headed by bigots. A tragedy if the bigots win.

you may be right Asparagus, in some respects I thing you are, but that being the case they wont have any problem getting people to subscribe to it voluntarily rather than being taxed to pay for it ....yes?

aspargus i think you make a good point , most of the print media is owned by foreign billionaires who support the free market fanatics and the trickle down economics hailed by thatcher and her cronies over the last 40 years this has become the norm in this country

they partly funded the film i watched last night STAN & OLLIE, great film.

i have no problem paying to watch, its my CHOICE.

calling  someone a bigot just because they have a different view to you just losses the argument.

Basically ignoring the massive protests in France for the last nine weekends because its not on the EU agenda, yes tiny little reports here and there, but if these were riots in the USA against Trump (which there have been none, suprising as the UK media would have you think the whole of America hates him) the BBC would have it as the top tv news 24/7.

but the bbc is heavily biased towards the 'community' and discussions around it, likewise, is heavily pro eu in its selection
By:

When: 13 Jan 19 14:21
It is pro EU because it receives money from them i think , this is the case with most things isnt it

Anxious and the Team can pay 500 a Year to keep it Going,Encrypt the shyte ,they can get their logins and sit delighted with themselves   ,I dont want to watch obscure Davis Cup fooking Matches  or Boat Races or Wimbledon, sports coverage is absolute gash , news coverage is foooking victim support for some  people who are hardly victims of anything its pathetic Gash , Also seems targeted towards teaching young Children about HOMOSEXUALS ,after the Savile saga I am extremely suspicious as to what that is all about . After going Full blast, if you will excuse Pun regarding Gas being involved in yesterdays explosion in Paris , the word GAS appears to have been dropped today ...
