https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/jan/11/france-braced-for-ninth-weekend-of-gilets-jaunes-protests

More than 80,000 police officers are mobilising across France for the ninth weekend of gilets jaunes anti-government protests.

Gilets jaunes demonstrators have continued to barricade roundabouts across France. The government said about 60% of speed cameras across France had been damaged or destroyed since the start of the protest movement in November.

Shocked

They don't mess about do they! Laugh

Two firefighters and a Spanish woman have been killed after a huge blast at a bakery in France's capital, Paris.

The emergency services were responding to a gas leak when "a dramatic explosion" occurred, said Interior Minister Christophe Castaner.

Forty-seven people were injured, 10 seriously, in the blast on rue de Trévise at around 09:00 (08:00 GMT).

It happened near the Paris Opera, a popular tourist area, and was felt several streets away.

Surprised firefighters would enter a building where a gas leak was reported, turning off the gas supply remotely would had been the first step.

No bank runs then?

Not that there will be a peep from the MSM anyway, we wouldn't know if one occurred unless we couldn't take money out the hole in the wall

Subjective , surely ? We are in dangerous territory when a large number of people can be arrested on the grounds that they are carrying 'potential weapons' .
So what would our corrupt judiciary deem to be potentially dangerous ? A mobile phone ? A cigarette lighter ? A plastic comb ? They have it in their power to convict and incarcerate totally innocent individuals on such spurious grounds it will soon be advisable to only venture out in public with empty pockets .

The word " GAS " appears to have disappeared from many reports on yesterdays Explosion look at the Aftermath its looks ratgher suspicious to say that was a Gas explosion ?

Potato on potato crime is the taboo subject the liberal media won't discuss.

Here's a new one for your phrase book :-
The French word for 'Terrorist attack' translates as 'Gas explosion' in English

Not if people went to the court that threw them in jail and raised the thing to the ground they wouldn't

People aren't as powerless as you believe, all this power they have is man made and written down on a piece of worthless paper

Man can soon bring the cards to the ground

I don't believe that the people are powerless . I believe that we are on the verge of the people taking control back from the corrupt state that has assumed control without mandate Plain

I am not really sure why you have so much confidence in the people. Most of the younger generation is too soft to do things like these. I can tell you about my age group. We think a 300 euro per month allowance for unemployment is too low. Some of the people in my age group think they somehow deserve to be given all life necessities when unemployed. To think that these will take to the streets because the government is corrupt sounds comedy to me.
