I see them in Dulwich, Herne Hill, Brixton and Crystal Palace which is absolutely OK but the ones I do see are extremely aggressive and yet the police are so terrified to arrest them when they cause public disorder they let them get away with anything. If you take your son to speech therapy, it is obvious that you will meet a lot of trannies there. They do train to get their voice sound more feminine. The transition isn't just about plucking off the pen and install a vag.

However, I imagine there must be a fair amount of buyer's remorse once you approach the end game and still don't look very convincing in your new gender.

For a lot of them, its just a harmless fetish - whether its just getting a thrill out of wearing women clothes etc
But for some, its not harmless at all, and their end game is access to women's private spaces. You can tell these types because they all share one thing in common - they have not had their appendage removed, funny that eh ?

For others its just denial of homosexuality, its easier for them to hit on men if they "identify" as a female.

And then there are the more genuine cases, the ones with no sexual motive. These are the poor sods who believe they were born in the wrong body - gender dysmorphia etc
They should be given help, psychiatric help (like they used to get) not medical and/or surgical intervention.

Been crossdressers for Ever , But some of these types, these Days, are Devious Bastards. The last thing they want is their Tackle removed ...
