Felt sorry for the woman last night. You could see she was desperate for a good win.
Lives in Luton so was probably overly keen to relocate. |

I’ve noticed Jeremy has stopped telling the viewers to go and make a cup of tea during the adverts. He did that in every ad break last series. Not the best thing to do when ITV are paying his wages.

Ooh, a lady plumber

There once was a plumber from Leigh
Who was plumbing his girl by the sea. She said, "Stop your plumbing, I think someone's coming!" Said the plumber still plumbing, "It's me." |

people just cant help themselves no matter how many times there told on phone a friend they always say HI,HELLO ETC and as they begin to read question delay on line etc friend always replies HI,HELLO, FFS just read the question out say hello tomorrow
always nice to see very clever people, with very clever friends fall down on a sports, football question which most ardent football fans new in a nano second,ie booby robson mamaging England longer than Capello, staggering robson was 1st bloke he,d dismissed, clever, bright people seem to think its some form of cheating to give them a sports question |

Yes, I’m annoyed with her friend as she seemed confident she knew the answer when she was only guessing.
Good evening, btw, KC, I thought I was on my own ![]() |

|
By:
It’s quite boring isn’t it?
I much prefer The Chase. |
|
By:
need to speed it up, allow 30secs to give an answer not this waffling on for 5 mins about what they think the answer might be.
|
|
By:

I thought it was Judy Garland!
![]() Having said that, does anyone recall the first ever million pound question? I knew that, thought it was quite easy. |

By:
Was it Durham ? @ Chester le Street ?

Nanny was it not John Randall from 'The Sporting Life'? He got to half a million and took it instead of answering a question on planets but I could be wrong about that mate.

the use of lifelines is now getting ridiculous
they don't seem to no clarksons best subjects car,s geography, films etc and use 50/50 willy nilly, woman tonight had no idea so used 50/50 1st,why she still would have no idea with 2 choices ask the audience for bond question was plainly ridiculous obvious it would be a 4 way split, imo once your over the 1000 question ask the audience is basically useless and should be 1st lifeline to go, to use 50/50.phone a friend before audience is madness imo |
|
By:
The woman used 50/50 on a scrabble q. When the 2 choices were left she muttered it wasn't much help because she wasn't sure of the value of letters!
Why use the lifeline then? She used her 'friend' after who knew the answer. |

Clarkson is a breath of fresh air, abs comedy last night with the cough comments and the dim fella who knew nothing...
