james, I was going to post something like like that, it's been infiltrated by the politics mob as the politics forum no longer had a bigger enough audience lol.
Move away from organising my life around keeping up with the Horse Racing form, travel more and get more sleep.

bf related one is not to go on tilt - I wonder how many days I can go lol Non bf one is pretty boring - just to increase the variety of food I cook.
To waste less time. The amount of time wasted is shocking. 1 hour per day = 365 hours per year = 15 days per year. That's just one hour per day. The true figure will be higher than that. Scary.
To spend more time studying form,getting lazy and it's costing me.
It's the forum wot gets in the way of form study. Should be an option to exclude oneself for a week.
Stop doing under 2.5 goals! That is without doubt the one market that kicks me in the stotts more than any other, if I stick to horse racing I'd be OK. Happy New Year to you all.
