no  - what is needed is a re education of the young - whilst you have a poisoned narrative within skools you are going to have these confused people

For a start try integration, and acceptance they are only guests in this country, and not natives. Also, less insular but more open and receptive to the laws, custom and tradition of newly adopted country; less arrogant, and power conscious will also help too.
