I watched something on TV, just a few days ago, where an incredible wood carver made a spoon with a difference!
He started with an axe, and continued with knives, and chisels, and ended up with the most elaborate, pierced through, handle!
Very hard to explain, but I was telling my son about it, and trying to find something on "YouTube" but, good though some are, I couldn't find anything to compare!
The question is, do any of you good people know what TV programme this would have been on?
I know there are some mind blowing Japanese carvings, with the most intricate designs, on a ball within a ball...but regrettably, these are in ivory!
