.. how much more embarassing and how much worse a deal would we have now if we hadn't said we'd be prepared to walk away?
I'm not saying that what we have now is good, but if we'd went in saying "we'll take any deal you give us" it would be far FAR worse.

This saddo is conclusion I'm coming to.
The politicans in our country are idiots. We even have Tories saying "No Deal would be a total disaster, we must accept this".
Do they not think the EU people like Spain will be paying attention to all this?
