alun, the white girls who have been abused and raped should "shut their mouths for the sake of diversity!"

Yes Granty, another Labour MP to thank for that revolting remark.

You'd think that would have made her persona no grata in political life. Far from it. Now in Shameless Corbyn's Shadow Cabinet.

BBC report:

Sentencing the five, Mr Slater said he was "quite satisfied" that the "relevant authorities" were well aware of the way vulnerable teenagers were being targeted for sexual exploitation at the time.

He described it as a "lamentable state of affairs", saying that the authorities at the time were at best "totally ineffectual" and, at worst "wholly indifferent".

Hard to get a more damning indictment than that. Sadly there will be no prosecutions within Govt bodies for their complicit actions.

This of course should be headline news tonight but it won't be....meanwhile Tommy's in Belmarsh for causing these nonces 'anxiety' (see the charge sheet).

By the way, the case concerning a Labour Lord (I think) whose identity escapes me at the moment and one of his relatives too has that come to court yet? Or the serving copper who subscribed to a porn channel using the dead girl's family home broadband account he was guarding?

This disgrace, of course a Labour Mp, an utter piece of trash who Corbyn actually promoted after that comment! disgusting!

Here it all is, Corbyn gave her a promotion after such fine form...

In August 2017, Shah retweeted and liked a tweet from an Owen Jones parody account which read: "Those abused girls in Rotherham and elsewhere just need to shut their mouths. For the good of diversity". Shah deleted the retweet and unliked the tweet soon after. A spokesperson for Shah said: "This was a genuine accident eight days ago that was rectified within minutes." Shah was quoted in the Rotherham Advertiser that she had been working for "over 20 years on the issues of child abuse, violence against women, and grooming. She has and will continue to advocate for all victims, and work towards eradicating this evil from society". Shah was criticised by the Equality and Human Rights Commission chief executive Rebecca Hilsenrath, who said the MP "should know better", and the controversy led to a campaign to have Shah resign or be removed from her job. A survivor of the Rotherham abuse called for Shah to make a public apology and resign.

Following Winnie Madikizela-Mandela's death in April 2018, Shah paid tribute to her on Twitter by tweeting an image with Mandela's quote: "Together, hand in hand, with our matches and our necklaces, we shall liberate this country."[44] The practice of necklacing is the summary execution and torture carried out by forcing a rubber tyre, filled with petrol, around a victim's chest and arms, and setting it on fire. Shah later deleted the tweet without comment.

******In July 2018, Shah was appointed Shadow Minister of State for Women and Equalities.******

It's incredulous someone of her ilk can walk the corridors of power. How did she manage to become an MP? She did not even win the selection process; received only 13 votes - the winner received 142; no history of education; no experience of local politics.

Political Correctness gone awry big time.

I voted LibDem simply because of the candidate albeit Cable and now Swinson have put me off them.
I'm now a Tory voter but would welcome a Labour party devoid of the Corbynites.
Sad but had they been decorbynised at the last election they would have destroyed May at the polls.

Given the ages of these individuals I assume they were not born here thus could be deported after serving their sentences, if found guilty. I hope they also get poetic justice whilst in prison.

When one looks at Corbyn one thinks one's granddad could have done better and one's granddad is not politically minded; Corbyn has opinions on almost everything except Brexit - this is what every MPs in the last 3 years have been paid to do. But, they have not delivered; they dithered and dithered, and now we are back to square 1 - no progressed except being taken advantage of and laughed at by The EU negotiators and subjects.

There was a bunch in Keithley supposed to be deported on release from prison. So far they've spent over a million of taxpayers money on appeals and are still here.

The law needs to be tightened on deportation.
When the decision to deport is made it should be put to a suitable court to decide if the governments case is justified in law.
If that court decides it is then that should be an end of the matter and the deportation should be immediate.
By:

They had ten years or more locked up, plenty of time for appealing battles in court. If they lose it should be a van from prison to an airport.

Abusing and grooming young vulnerable girls for sex is 1.000000000000001 a deportation matter - no mitigation permissible - other countries punishable by death eg China; that or their manhood surgically removed. And, no public funds for appeals against deportation either - their relatives and/or community could crowd fund if so wish.

Not. Sad

It isn’t hard to see why.

The problem is that this case involved the wrong kind of victim (white working class girls) and the wrong kind of perpetrator (Muslim men)
By:

Same with Black Lives Matter. They don't care when black kids are killed by black kids.

#Metoo should be all over these grooming gangs. Also the feminist media and MPs. Sadly multiculturalism and the spread of Islam is more important than white girls' lives.

That's how the public reacts. Then they forget it because they find something else to complain about.

When people on here were talking about deportation I was pretty sure these people neither have a clue what deportation is nor do they know which country they expect these people deported to.

Looks like my guess was right.

An excellent point.

Centuries of lawmaking and testing of thse laws, have resulted in the UK having a legal system that, IMO, is the best in the world. Sure it's not perfect and folks can doubtless quote any number of miscarriages of justice, but it balances punishment with compassion and the leeway for redemption. It's also not a static beast reflecting new crimes and punishments for them. Again, this is not perfect (personally I think laws relating to 'Hate Crimes' should never have seen the light of day and should be rescinded immediately) but like our friend says, knee jerk demands for repatriation....the death penalty....castration (really? Time to take a look at yourselves) result in at best, terrible laws and at worst, chaos.

Nonetheless regarding Rotherham and similar cases, the public has every right to question the mindset of those charged with enforcing the law and the extent to which this was (and still continues to be) manipulated by sectional interest groups, right-on 'groupthink' and a victim hierarchy' in which white working class girls are right at the bottom.

If I have my way I'd exterminate them soon after sentencing saving on prison costs and space - resources could be better spent elsewhere; these monsters do not deserve a life post offences, period.

The fathers of children in broken marriages are asked to help pay for the upkeep of their children (and rightly so) thus convicted perpetrators of vulnerable young girls ought to be asked to do the same for the mental and physical damage caused as a result of their sick behaviour or subject to chemical "castration" (the opposite of Viagra) to prevent further bad deeds of this nature.

There are some crimes that can be tolerated, but taken advantage of venerable young females is not one of them; exterminate is fast and effective similarly, chemical castration.

By the way, the case concerning a Labour Lord (I think) whose identity escapes me at the moment and one of his relatives too has that come to court yet? Or the serving copper who subscribed to a porn channel using the dead girl's family home broadband account he was guarding?

A cop who bought 4 porn videos at a hanged child's home while waiting for the undertaker has been jailed for 12 months. PC Avi Maharaj, 44, who paid thorugh the family's Virgin TV , was arrested when the lad's dad reported the purchase believing it may be connected to the death. Judge Deborah Taylor told Maharaj at Southwark Crown Court: "All right-thinking people would be appalled by your gross lack of decency and respect." Maharaj of Hayes, West London admitted fraud in July.

Couldn't they also have  him on owt better than fraud? Despicable.

By:

It is the same case - a 14 yr old kid committed suicide.

I think just sacking him is not deterrent enough given the shame and disrepute he's brought to his employer. But, charging him with fraud (he lied/impersonated someone else/obtained a service paid for by another person) will ensure he loses his job plus all the benefits that go with it, and expulsion from the Met Police for good.

Accessing porn is not a criminal offence unless it is paedophilia.
