Olives....

5-6 daily for eradicating the vitamin (A, B, C, D, E, P, and K) deficiency

3-4 daily to stimulate your appetite

6-8 daily for bowel movement.

Olives are salty, containing about 60 mg of sodium per olive. Through osmosis, you can reduce the saltiness of your olives by replacing a portion of brine with plain water.

All in moderation ....Italians / greek islands... enjoy them with main meal daily.

Aye dam

But the problem is your body doesn't need the liquid, its just going berserk because of the intake of salt, and I've never had a salty diet so I'm thirstier than usual Laugh
