⚠️For those who have not received Wednesday's email from Rebel Media⚠️

This is what Ezra Levant, had to say....

He said Tommy's trial has been confirmed for Tuesday, October 23rd, at the Old Bailey criminal court. It had been tentative, but now the judge says that will indeed be the full hearing.

But what’s new is this: the judge has said that he will personally lead the case — not the Attorney General, as is usually done. The judge rejected that. He will likely cross-examine Tommy directly. And he could issue his decision in the matter as soon as that afternoon.

I’m worried about that. Normally two opposing barristers argue, and the judge decides.
Here, the judge himself could enter the fray.

I’m worried that this trial is at the Old Bailey. That’s the high-security court for the most serious criminal matters in the UK. And the judge who is presiding is the most senior judge of the court, Nicholas Hilliard, QC.

I find it odd that they have put a criminal judge, who normally hears cases of murder and terrorism, in charge of a minor civil contempt hearing. It’s unusual. Contempt of court isn’t even a crime.

But then again, a lot of unusual things are done to Tommy Robinson by the state.

It’s unusual for a journalist to be sentenced to jail time at all for contempt of court. It’s usually a small fine.

It’s unusual for a civil prisoner to spend 10 weeks in solitary confinement. That’s against prison regulations.

It’s unusual to have a second, re-hearing of a contempt case — especially after hard time was served.

I hope the judge does the right thing. But this entire matter has been irregular and improper since the beginning — that’s not my opinion, that’s the scorching ruling by the Court of Appeal.

Surely, if he's innocent, the fact that the most senior and best judge being in charge is a good thing?

The allegation of contempt of court against ex-English Defence League leader Tommy Robinson is being referred to the Attorney General.

Mr Robinson appeared at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, facing an allegation that he had committed contempt by filming people before a criminal trial.

But within minutes Judge Nicholas Hilliard QC ruled it needed to be referred up for further consideration.

Very enjoyable time outside the Old Bailey.

The BBC at one point said there were 400. It was 1200+

We had a stage, a PA system and many speakers included Batten, Levant and of course Tommy himself. The Judge has concluded 'the case is too complex' for him!!! Could be 4-6 months before the Attorney General does anything.

Bizarrely they're playing into TR's hands. More publicity, bigger crowds and a great deal of networking among the crowds. For example a charity has now been set up for grooming victims and those at risk.

Tommy read out his entire statement which was long, powerful and damning of the whole so called legal process. Ezra spoke powerfully and profoundly. There were flags in the crowd from Wales, Canada, USA, Israel, Poland and Norway. Mostly men, but plenty of women and some children. A number of people in Army Uniform.

One American journalist on the stage supporting Tommy was not known to other journos in the Old Bailey. The others  spoke candidly about the case (he will name them later...) They said Ezra should be arrested for 'hate' (!!) and that they will say only 400 were present to deliberately mislead. The American secretly recorded what they had said.

Some time ago TR went on a legal course so as to be fully aware of what he can and cannot report. The judge who set him free previously said nothing he posted online had any chance of misleading the jury. All of it was in the public domain anyway courtesy of the BBC and the Independent.

He knew where he could film and where he could not. He was told by police he was safe to film where he was doing so.

Let's not forget that TR was released from jail because his imprisonment was 'unlawful'. So laws were broken in his prosecution.

The Soldier X campaign is also playing into our hands. A 200k petition will go to Downing St.

The liberal elite are destroying themselves with mistake after mistake. If they want to stop this movement then protect our children and open up Islam to criticism and debate.

Tommy now plans to tour the country and see if there are other cases of grooming gangs that are not being dealt with by the authorities. He also plans to do a lot of videos of our Soldiers' living conditions. Soldier X has led to all kinds of concerns about housing, food and morale.

BBC

'Some supporters were carrying far-right banners - including two banners from organisations which are considered to be highly Islamophobic.

Office workers in the swish buildings around the Old Bailey and a fair few court staff looked on from above.

One of the most unexpected episodes this morning came when they began singing "How they Rule Ya" to the tune of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah.

After the case, his supporters were jubilant, hailing him as some kind of martyr for free speech. '

Daily Mail at it too:

A huge crowd of supporters, some of whom were seen drinking cans of beer and cider, had gathered to demonstrate outside the court at the same time as the hearing.  Laugh

Possibly 1% of people were having a drink.

Go to Andrew Lawton's facebook.

As the two reporters discussed the size of the crowd outside, they openly agreed to downplay it.

One of the reporters had been told by a member of the law enforcement team that there were at that point 1,500 people outside.

After some banter, the PA reporters agreed they would say “hundreds.” The reason was to not “give it credit,” the female said.

These quotes are direct and were transcribed either while they were being uttered or seconds later. They also didn’t come to be secondhand—I heard them myself.

A Press Association spokesperson said they are “inaccurate” and “misheard.”

BBC :

'Some supporters were carrying far-right banners - including two banners from organisations which are considered to be highly Islamophobic.

Daily Mail :

A huge crowd of supporters, some of whom were seen drinking cans of beer and cider,

The BBC comment is of very little relevance . I observed dozens (possibly over a hundred) of flags and banners , so to refer to just two arguably contentious banners is simply cherrypicking in order to maintain the long held narrative that Mr Robinson is some kind of Nazi , as are his supporters , is at the very least slanderous . The term 'Highly Islamaphobic' is subjective but in no way a crime and is something that applies to many whose views would otherwise be deemed as moderate .

The Daily Mail comment is totally irrelevant . By opting to paint a picture of working class yobs with alcohol issues who can't wait for the pubs to open , they are attempting to denegrade the majority of Mr Robinson's supporters by suggesting that they are incapable of clear thought due to substance abuse of some form or other thus deeming the cause that they support to be of no real importance or significance .

What they have yet to realise is that it is precisely this type of 'agenda journalism' that has forced many ordinary people to seek information through alternative avenues , which include social media and Betfair forums , which is equally as dangerous with regard to so-called fake news .
Easier still to simply listen to the man speak , uninterrupted and without diversion , and by doing so hear his concerns and ask oneself if they resonate with ones own fears . Yesterday was a perfect example of this , where he spoke intelligently and eloquently about his trials , incarceration and persecution and also the flaws and injustices within a system that has failed , and continues to fail , some of the most vulnerable in society . He repeated well-established facts regarding specific issues , facts that have been well researched by independant 'think tanks' as well as government funded studies .
He sets his position out quite clearly yet still the mainstream media choose to deflect attention away from the facts by continuing , at every opportunity , to blacken his name and reputation as well as that of his many thousands of supporters . It seems they -the media- will only be content when they eventually alienate the majority of the British public .

All part of the plan. He's tight with Bannon, the brexit mob etc etc. They've shared their playbook and now he's playing their game. Got to be the martyr. That's where the cash is. It's then v us. If you're not supporting us you're against us. It's almost like sport; got to get fans, adorers. Once you get them hooked you can make them believe all accusations are lies.

And, crucially, you can then monetise it. Click on the links, buy the books, drink the brain juice.

He gets out of jail and is straight on a plane on holiday. And he's just moved into a million pound house in a leafy village. All paid for by you lot. So well done boys. Keep on subscribing. Let's see if you can get him a yacht before he's 40.

I'd call it more wry amusement rather than annoyance lfc. I know it's impolite to laugh at stupid people but sometimes it's the only solution. People who just don't realise they're being played and keep going like gullible pensioners who've been told they've won a share of El Gordo.

Trust me. He'll be going back to jail for a short spell. That's his plan. His fans will get all upset. His name will be everywhere. Profile raised. More books sold. He can earn a lot more from being in prison than being outside right now so the maths add up. Then it's off for a new Sunseeker.

PP reckons someone would risk death threats and go to prison just so they can make a few quid.

Its a strange idea that someone would go through the whole process of setting up the EDL, burn the Nazi flag, speak up for the rape gang victims (when MPs get sacked for doing the same), have multiple death threats and attempts on their life, serve time for speaking out against gangs in a grand plan just to make money.

Do genuinely believe TR planned this all along to just make money and he is infact pro the rape gangs and terrorists?
