But the EU are clearly taking the p1ss and she's looking incredibly weak, and embarassing us frankly. The EU must be laughing their heads off.
They've made up this Irish border issue as a way to stop Brexit and May is falling for it.

Why does it need "summits" to solve things? Why aren't they CONSTANTLY discussing this in the background?

I thought May would have been stronger than what she has been.
However in respect of Brexit the same thing would be happening if Labour was in power.

a newly formed party should have a good chance of sweeping the board at any election in the near future but for some reason so many people in this country would never dream of switching their vote however hapless "their" party is. both main parties are as bad and full of 3rd rate charlatans as i can ever remember and that's saying something

All the EU are going to offer is a surrender agreement for which we have to pay them £39 billion.

JC is right, the biggest loser in that scenario will be Ireland. They should be careful what the wish for.
The best outcome for Ireland would be an amicable free trade deal where both sides prosper but Varadkar prefers to keep banging the EU drum in order to embarrass the UK. Let's see how that works out.

Sad fact is most Tory MPs would rather see a Corbyn government than leave the EU.

I suppose that's the long term plan now.
