ok,lads lets have the ideas,we all turn into softies when the christmas week comes,and some of you guys will have great ideas i know,but one thing is for sure,we all have the same problem ,and the perfume days are gone,flowers and chocs are out the window thats feb the 14 th,and you can not buy her a ring or a watch,or earrings,because you have used those idea's up over the years.
now all you get up and go guys need to act now or suffer for the whole christmas period if your dont get it right ,so let the ides's flow and make it a special christmas for the love of your life because lets face it she deserves it.After all she has to put up with you all year.so its so important to get it correct,and dont be running round the shops half p1ssed on christmas eve.
so post your idea on this thread and help your fellow forumites with your idea.

i seen a globe of the world that glows for sale, that floats in mid air and turns like the world once every 24 hours ,but its an ornament that can be placed in the sitting room and costs £150 ,but suits the girl who is house proud,and its eye catching.
Women have this uncanny way of listening to men and always seem to get you what you want, leaving us speechless. Maybe just listening to her (if you can bear it) will give you the answer
the new hoover goes round the house on its own ,now there's an idea ,all you have to do is switch it on and its computerized to get round the floor without getting stuck.

you could buy her 24 small presents and tell her she opens one on the hour every hour of christmas day.but she has to open the real good one last.presents could range from a CD to A week end in Paris .
or send her on a shopping spree with her mum(cheltenham week of course

Yes Blackbarn that's the girl. I've a dozen of her prints up in my attic.
Used to have 4 on the walls of my computer room and I thought I had that one.
But on looking at them the style is completely different.

Aka - I was merely trying to help with your memory - I think that Mac's Foinavon is not by her. Her work is crap but Mac's is crapper
I bought them along with some other items as a job lot.
They were all framed and I expect to make a decent profit when I sell.
I think she's not too bad and certainly enjoyed them when on display.
My computer room was more of a games room but my wife wanted it brought into line with the rest of the house.

Had a cracking pool table as well that I had to get rid of.

Thanks Aka and Blackbarn. I looked up images on the net but couldn't see the one Mac has posted. I think the style is similar, she tends to use too much white (imo) to define the muscles and sweat, but painting horses in motion is a difficult thing to pull off I can assure you.
How about "an experience"?
A massage, facial (don't be crass when replying please) and manicure.
