I disagree Hank. They should get on with entertaining their fans and not get involved in politics. No matter what they say they are going to alienate half their fans, but more importantly, they can influence people who idolise them and who can`t think for themselves.

Well, I politely disagree with you mac - are we allowed to do that in this day and age? An entertainer is a single voter just like any other person. Why should they stick to just entertaining? If you can be influenced how to vote just because you like said singer/actor, then the problem is with the education of the person and not the fault of the entertainer.

Think of May, and her `dancing`; that`s about how much relevance musicians have when spouting twaddle.  Well, except Kanye, of course, who is playing a leading rile in the re-election of The Don, by waking up so many African Americans to the slavery the dems have imposed upon them for decades

By every measure imaginable, African American`s have suffered disproportionately under recent Presidents, and particularly under obama; he, and all lefties, believe that if they can make minority groups dependent on Big Government, the grateful slaves will continue voting for their own enslavement.  The Don asked them; `what have you got to lose, by voting for me? What have you got to lose?` They responded by voting for him in record figures, helping him over the line. Now, with so many  measures showing all-time improvements for them, we can be sure he will smash his previous support figures come 2020, thanks to people loke these Pastors and Kanye. And, oh how much must it hurt dems to see the niece of that most iconic black hero, Martin Luther King, sitting side by side with The Don!
