I find giving the tip at the start, and at the sane time politely asking to be left in silence.
Puts most of the barbers in a good mood to get the tip and hence I feel improves the haircut. works for me anyway. |

Then they decided to jack up the price to £11 pounds, so I gave them a £20 and waited for the change. Still they're £2 better off but not leaving a tip was my protest ![]() |
