Aye if you are deficient in Zinc/Magnesium will have an effect and plenty get better sleep when taken 1/2 hour before bed.
Getting enough Zinc is a big factor in testosterone production as is sleep,have tried 95% Tribulus which works well with ZMA noticed a difference because I would've had lower test than possible naturally and was presumably just bringing myself back to normal levels for my age.
Boner quality improved on 95% Tribulus I was taking 2 morning and 2 evening or 3 before a workout,they are best cycled as studies show they bring you up to natural levels for something like 2 weeks before a level out so taking more beyond 2-3 weeks without a break is pointless.
