Claim Hebrew scholars. If proven to be the Cow of Prophecy, the young calf will be the first time Red Heifer born in 2000yrs,an event that is meant to foreshadow the construction of the third temple in Jerualem, heralding the arrival of the Jewish Messiah.

Evangelical Christian theologians also believe the construction of the third temple will lead to Judgement Day.

Question: "What is the significance of a red heifer in the Bible? Is a red heifer a sign of the end times?"

Answer: According to the Bible, the red heifer—a reddish-brown cow, probably no more than two years old which had never had a yoke on it—was to be sacrificed as part of the purification rites of the Mosaic Law. The slaughtering of a red heifer was a ceremonial ritual in the Old Testament sacrificial system, as described in Numbers 19:1-10. The purpose of the red heifer sacrifice was to provide for the water of cleansing (Numbers 19:9), another term for purification from sin. After the red heifer was sacrificed, her blood was sprinkled at the door of the tabernacle.

The imagery of the blood of the heifer without blemish being sacrificed and its blood cleansing from sin is a foreshadowing of the blood of Christ shed on the cross for believers’ sin. He was “without blemish” just as the red heifer was to be. As the heifer was sacrificed “outside the camp” (Numbers 19:3), in the same way Jesus was crucified outside of Jerusalem: “And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate to make the people holy through his own blood” (Hebrews 13:11-12).

The Bible does teach that one day there will be again be a temple of God in Jerusalem (Ezekiel chapters 41-45). Jesus prophesied that the antichrist would desecrate the temple (Matthew 24:15), and for that to occur, there obviously would have to be a temple in Jerusalem once again. Many anticipate the birth of a red heifer because in order for a new temple to function according to the Old Testament law, a red heifer would have to be sacrificed for the water of cleansing used in the temple. So, when a red heifer is born (which is quite unusual) it might be a sign that the temple will soon be rebuilt.

"Construction of the third temple in Jerusalem"?????

It won't be in our life time I can assure you.

First there has to be public consultations with all parties concerned. Pressure groups, lobbyists, terrorists, archeologists, theologians, dozens and dozens of other 'ists' will all have their say. 10 years max.

Then the auditors will have to vet the myriad of building contracts and compensation claims. 5 years.

Architect competitions to pick the design. 4 years.

Planning permissions could take 10 years to achieve and then building regs approvals would be needed. Being a place of worship would obviously avoid the most onerous requirements but it all has to go to committee before being given the nod.

Finally, when could the brickies start???

Monday!!! You're 'aving a larf guv. All my blokes are on the new Tower of Babel rebuild. Could squeeze you in 2070.

Vaccines are evil now too?
How about all of medicine?

Amazing though isnt it, how tribal folk wrote stories of convienient sacrifice of other things, like cows.
I wouldnt particularly want to do it but I could sacrifice a cow, for very little. I suspect unless all you had in the world was 1 cow it wouldnt be much of a test at all. Unlike say, slitting your own throat. They never suggest that though did they?
Thats likely because all they were doing was battling adversity and rallying emotions to bolster their cliques in times of duress.

Question: "What signs indicate that the end times are approaching?"

Answer: Matthew 24:5–8 gives us some important clues for discerning the approach of the end times: “Many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumours of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.” An increase in false messiahs, an increase in warfare, and increases in famines, plagues, and natural disasters—these are signs of the end times. In this passage, though, we are given a warning: we are not to be deceived, because these events are only the beginning of birth pains; the end is still to come.

Some interpreters point to every earthquake, every political upheaval, and every attack on Israel as a sure sign that the end times are rapidly approaching. While the events may signal the approach of the last days, they are not necessarily indicators that the end times have arrived. The apostle Paul warned that the last days would bring a marked increase in false teaching. “The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons” (1 Timothy 4:1). The last days are described as “perilous times” because of the increasingly evil character of man and people who actively “oppose the truth” (2 Timothy 3:1–9; see also 2 Thessalonians 2:3).

Other possible signs would include a rebuilding of a Jewish temple in Jerusalem, increased hostility toward Israel, and advances toward a one-world government. The most prominent sign of the end times, however, is the nation of Israel. In 1948, Israel was recognized as a sovereign state, essentially for the first time since AD 70. God promised Abraham that his posterity would have Canaan as “an everlasting possession” (Genesis 17:8), and Ezekiel prophesied a physical and spiritual resuscitation of Israel (Ezekiel 37). Having Israel as a nation in its own land is important in light of end-times prophecy because of Israel’s prominence in eschatology (Daniel 10:14; 11:41; Revelation 11:8).

With these signs in mind, we can be wise and discerning in regard to the expectation of the end times. We should not, however, interpret any of these singular events as a clear indication of the soon arrival of the end times. God has given us enough information that we can be prepared, and that is what we are called to be as our hearts cry out, “Come, Lord Jesus” (Revelation 22:20).

Amist all the false prophecy is a constant logic, that irrespective of whatever anyone ever thought the truth there will be constant attempts by other humans to manipulate you into thinking they are something they arnt. Its based on the fact humans like all other creatures cling onto survival in an environment that contains things that will support their own survival.

So time and again prophecy turns out to be meaningless until the next time, yet nobody has ever explained quite why the omnipotent would be so petty into judging the decisons of a fallible creature that 'they' themselves cast out for failing.

I have nothing against apophenias, the greatest artists experienced them.
But to assume value of the interpretations of others edited into one book means you experience confirmation bias based on the fact your vision of life has the cataract of the bible.

In essence everything you see is through a filter.
