i placed order in the shop not online
shop still operating, but sales guy said i wont get my sofa unless i pay another £1400 and try claim money back from the bank. It was ordered on debit not credit card. no official word from hof and cannot get hold of anyone. |

Seems incredible that the suite didn't become your property the minute you paid for it.
Was a similar case last week and the woman involved got a few relatives help her take it. HoF phoned the police who stopped her as she was driving home but refused to get involved after she showed them her receipt. They said it was a civil matter. Will put a link up when I find it. |

Its built to order hence 6-7 week lead time.
But how can they say they have gone bust when the shop is still selling, so someone buys a sofa now they can have it. Prob end up selling the sofa i have paid for. your right Mike Ashley is a crook and thief. so unfortunately i cannot marh in and grab the sofa. |

maybe go in a take goods to the value of the sofa and agree to exchange
at a later date.Don't know if that is theft but they would send baliffs out if other way round. |
