Sounds like he's used their services but directed the junk mail to your address, either that or he's worked for them and they've accidentally sent mail to his 'next of kins' address rather than his own address, or he's used your address and forgot to tell you, get Colombo on the case, wont be able to sleep til you've got to the bottom of it.
