Clearly an attempt to take back the moral high ground from 'labelled' groups that have been campaigning against this epidemic for the last decade and longer .
"We're going to look at this problem and see if there is a connection ............." . It's already been done , the statistics are irrefutable evidence of a disproportionate ratio between offenders/cultural background . I notice also a reference to 80,000 on-line groomers . Sounds like a smokescreen to soften the ethnicity element . Is this simply a precursor to an attempt at yet another cover up of the problem ?
