Lfc, you question remains,
What is free and democratic about Israel? Regarding Iran, the shah was a puppet figure brought in by the USA and United Nations foe monetary gain..the Iranians in 78/79 had decided that they had had enough of how the country was run, and thus, with people power, overturned the government, and by popular consent, remember those last 2 words, brought back Khomeini. That was how they ( the people ) wanted to live their lives and live by the laws that govern their lives. |

Lfc, let's get back to freedom and democracy.
There are 3 countries in the world that are not controlled by the central banks.. North Korea, Cuba and Iran. All 3 are in the telescopic sights of the US and its allies governments. All 3, over the past few years have been labelled evil and hoarders of terrorists and a threat to our civilisation as we know it. So again, who lives in a free and democratic state? |
|
By:
That’s as maybe tonky in Iran , that’s what happened in Germany also under Hitler
That’s what happened in N Korea under the previous regime That’s what happened in Russia under Lenin and Stalin That’s what happened in China under Mao And then the repression and torture and murder began Sorry I prefer Britain , and America , and Israel Call itcwhat you want |
|
By:
You see I call Britain and Israel freedom and democracy
And I call those other countries like Iran murderous repressive dictatorships Just my opinion |
|
By:
Can you see the difference now twonky ?
|
|
By:
Brilliant, and do you not think that those countries under Mao, Stalin and Hitler flourished? In Germany it certainly did until 1939
Please don't mention starvation of the masses..Britain is booming, but we also have starvation over here |
|
By:
Last time...what is free and democratic in Israel?
|
|
By:
I don’t see any point in continuing this discussion , sorry

You can not be free and democratic when you live in a country that has compulsory nation service We had it in this country up until the early 60s. Did that make us undemocratic? Talk of bringing it back surfaces from time to time to help put some discipline into our youths. I take it you disagree with that? |
|
By:
Not at all, it has its merits, but you are not free when you are told to do something that you may NOT want to do.
|
|
By:
Parents are meant to give their kids morality and discipline, not the army. National Service should not be forced on people who live in a free and democratic country.
|
|
By:
But there must be limits surely?
And even though we have laws in this country that impose limits I still think of myself as free. |

Parents not doing that great a job in some cases though, in fact in lots of cases. |
|
By:
In America they are currently micro chipping employees. Mark my words that with the next 20 years all babies born in UK will be micro chipped.

Too true, but the solution is simple. Sterilise the parents. |
|
By:
The chip is not a tracker nor does it have GPS in it, so the boss can't track your movements, company officials say. Still, to those who worry about Big Brother having more control over our lives, Three Square Market President Patrick McMullan says you should, "take your cell phone and throw it away."
Surprised the employees accepted this even given the above. Doubt micro chipping babies will ever be allowed in this country Mac. |

Aka, I think it will definitely happen. You wouldn`t believe what goes on in the dark corridors of Whitehall even now, I can`t say too much OSA
![]() Within 20 years it will be a hundred times worse and newly born babies will be micro chipped. They are doing it with cats and dogs and horses etc just now. Paving the way. |
