Peanut butter and cheese

A cheese and peanut butter sandwich is utter filth but stupendous. Try to limit myself to about four a year.

Cheese and jam sandwich worth a shot too.

I didn't have any bread left last night so was eating peanut butter spread on cheese.
So as I'd cut out the carbs, surely that was healthy?

Book I read a few years ago focussed on the ratings on a boat during the war.
It spoke of the sailors having sandwiches with oranges and another fav was a chocolate filling.
Bad as they are I think peanut butter and cheese even worse.
Possibly a campaign for plain eating might be needed.

Big fan of both but never tried them together.  Peanut butter and jam most certainly rocks!

When I get bread in I'm going to make a peanut butter and cheese toastie in my toastie maker.

PS I prefer the crunchy peanut butter not the smooth. This is important.

I try to get the wholemeal one in the green-topped jar if I can. Much healthier.

Good for the bird table in winter

been a few long tails seen in the garden recently (middle of day ),just got the traps out the shed yesterday ,peanut butter and cheese sounds very promising ,might add some tika and go blue cheese second week to clean up any stubborn pockets of resistance . Will post results ,spread is 8-12 .

Right the missus just went out the door to walk the dog, as I've promised to loose weight I've cleaned up the crime scene. Crumbs off the counter, swept by hand onto the floor..........obviously! Even washed plate and knife in case she counted how many were in the dishwasher before she left. Have to say peanut butter and cheese was no great shakes. Peanut butter flavour overrode the cheese (mature cheddar) won't be bothering again

Try buttered toast with marmalade and uncooked cheddar cheese, yum.

I'm very partial to a piece of cheese and although self praise is no praise I can do a rather tasty Welsh rarebit.

Back to simplicity...With peanut butter n jam which jam is the jam of choice? Strawberry, raspberry or something else. Quick poll before I order the weekly shop.

Not for me sir...made few 100s rounds for American  scouts years ago... they enjoyed Redcurrant jelly & peanut butter sandwiches on white with cold milk / hot chocolate

A relative used to work on the riggs.
Had an American guy as his boss who used to have boiled eggs and ice-cream for his breakfast.
