I have used the word 'hero' very sparingly in my life, only three people have ever achieved that status with me. My Dad, Sir Henry Cecil and Neil Diamond.
Such awful news I've just read that the legend Neil Diamond is now suffering with this awful illness but he still sounds upbeat in this article and may he still continue singing his great songs, I absolutely love the bloke.
I'm a godawful singer but when I've had a few beers in my mates bar 'I Am I Said' is always the song that I try and sing.
