Ann is now three times the age that Bill was at the time when Ann was twice as old as Bill is now .
How old are Ann and Bill now?

Ann can`t be 78, as that would mean Bill had been 26 at some point, yet he`s only 13 now?

Anne is 63 now and Bill is 28 which means when Bill was 31 (Anne 3x older now than at that point), Anne was 56 which is 2x hia cuurent age.

Sorry - I meant:

Anne is 63 now and Bill is 28 so when BILL was 21 (Anne 3x older now than at that point), Anne was 56 which is 2x Bill's current age.
