Found the Sealed in Selafane Perfume bottle in a box But doesnt know where , infact he knows everything about the Bottle Can remember Giving it to the Mrs her Putting it on ,Him spilling a bit on his Hands , Washing his Hands ,but the Nerve gas has Obliterated the Memory where he found it ..

He cannot claim to be overly concerned regarding cleanliness/hygiene cos he picks up discarded bottles out of bins to present as gifts to others

*If* it was boxed, and wrapped in cellophane in particular, then the hypothetical link between this and the Skripals changes. It scuppers the (very weak, imo) idea that, after squirting the Brut on the Skripal's door handle, Klebb/Bond/Leiter simply got rid of it by chucking it in a bin/under a bush in the park. It means whoever put it there intended further tomfoolery to happen. Also makes it more likely this was placed in the park long after the Skripal attack (time lapse between this and the Skripal incident very dodge to begin with).
Reynard... it was apparently oily to the smell and touch. That might have caused him to reach for the soap and water? On the basis they weren't expecting it to be Novichok, it's reasonably plausible that even a warning from him to her saying "don't squirt it, it stinks 'o carp" wouldn't stop her trying it??
