Anyone on here any experience, and including with e-mail issues?

Have to ideally, for security, use 2FA log in to my bitcoin wallets.

This requires for firstly, responding to their e-mail to authorise log in, and then for responding to an sms code to a mobile.

Have used this for almost a year but, from yesterday, their e-mails are not received!

I'm getting other mail as normal, so the question is why a problem with Blockchain?

'Talking' to them is useless, as they never grasp the issues, and their responses may just as well be to someone else!

Their last word is that I can't change the settings without logging in! Well that's a great help!

Don't worry, I'm sure your investment is safe. Are you looking to buy more?

I can Google for the current price, but that is only part of the picture!

I have Bitcoin and Ether, and bought in when Bitcoin were just over £5k.....

It was nudging on £17k, back end of last year, and I'm glad I traded out when I did, as the price collapsed
at the begining of '18  and has been up, down and sideways ever since!

I can't do anything at the moment ubtill I can get back in!

I just don't comprehend why my e-mail doesn't receive their posts!

They are saying that all I can do is to re-register, with a different address, and wait for up to a month, because of security!

Check your spam folder. Make sure you have no email rules that would block or divert it to another folder. Hope your ISP has not blacklisted the sender. Good luck.
