Comfort Station(!)

Just seen a news report about the novichok incident and the reporter pointed to a green trailer and said "The police have had a comfort station set up so I think they'll be here a long time".

I haven't yet this morning but I'm having a coffee soon so I fully expect to experience some comfort in the near future.
