Not what I expected to see. Hard to get your head around this.
Should have had anonymity until conviction. If it turns out the deaths were actually natural, there are far too many nutters around for her to ever be safe. Same goes for those accused of rape. Some crimes need a conviction before names and photos are bandied about in the media.
