So tempted to get off my box right now.
I'm ok with the break up but just feel like whats the point at the moment. Cheers

Relationships are like a pack of cards. At the beginning you have 2 hearts and an expected diamond. At the end, all that is required is a club and a spade. She wasn't worthy. Time will help you get over it. When you do, they are like buses, you miss one then 3 come along in a row. I hope these wise words are off comfort and assistance!

Get a dog.  Always friendly, always glad to see you.

Couldn't happen at a better time. World Cup starts tomorrow, then Royal Ascot next week. Get yourself out there and watch it all from the pub, gamble like a man and smash anything female on two legs. You'll soon feel better.

Cheers lads, honestly im fine its just the initial few days that are tricky.
Yes it is perfect timing pal with all that coming up.
Already back on tinder and had 25 matches in 2 days so plenty out there Silly

Ask yourself "Do I really want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with me?" - Problem solved.

Also, following a tough break, I just tell myself that in the not-too-distant future I'll be fine again... and I'm always right, although we've had more practise than you prepared. There are plenty of loose women out there in the interim. Good luck.

Don't know how old you are but take my advice and shag shag and shag and eventually you will know when you meet the right one, don't take it to serious

Old enough to be your granddad, but there again, so is the majority of this forum!

Seriously prepared; many of us have been where you are right now and time proves you are better off without it mate; it just takes a little time.

LaughLaugh

Although, seeing as about two women a week are killed by their ex partners it is not really funny Sad

I think you misinterpret my posting. I am only suggesting that if the relationship appears to be coming to an end, have a game of cards where the winner has a club and a spade. Violence has nothing to do with card players. Just because one might be violent, you mustn't judge them all like that. Now where have I heard that before! ;-)

If you want to do that then do that. One of the main benefits of singledom is doing whatever you fancy (and whoever you fancy!)
Think what the next 40 years could have been like with her then go out and pull some hood rats Wink

I'm not like all these heartless joy seekers. I think you should turn up at hers with a bunch of poseys (or Chrisathemums), and say sorry for whatever it was you did.
Report posy June 14, 2018 9:12 AM BST
What on earth are poseys ?

I never really understood shaving your head to hide your bald patch but I guess it saves on shampoo.

Is the answer "cash":?
Report annie. June 17, 2018 5:48 PM BST
NO - I think older women are much less likely to value money in a partnership as they are usually reasonable well off by then and because they are older and have 'been there, done that' they know that money, beyond a certain amount, does not buy happiness.

It is not to hide a bald patch. imo it is a better way to present a balding head and whilst it may save on shampoo, it costs on razor blades, probably more in fact.
