listening to yesterdays evidence it seems any fool can pass a building off as safe and get a fire certificate, silly me sat at home thinking like a [corgi plumber] only a certificate issued by the fire brigade after a building has been inspected by the fire brigade counts as been checked and passed,
if this goes on throughout industry there must be millions of unsafe buildings been classified as safe only because as of yet they havent been proved otherwise
heard yesterday pundits saying that the fire brigade,builders,manufacturers etc wernt to blame because they were unaware of the dangers and each others work, sorry but they are to blame its their job to carry out risk accessments and plan take steps ,to prevent deaths occurring when things go wrong, think boris,fox,gove etc call it red tape
