it's attempted murder, he was not going to tickle the driver with that knife, there should ben an appeal for a prison sentence otherwise it's sending out the message you can carry knives on the street, attempt to kill someone and get away with by staying at home and enjoying your mothers cooking instead.

There's surely going to come a time soon when prosecutors won't even be able to get a 'Guilty' verdict on an open and shut case of Culturally-Enriching Violent Thuggery, purely because of the composition of the jury. And, as in this case, there's always the backstop of a Judge with the power NOT to punish.
The truly astonishing 'Judgement' in this scandalous case above surely has to be Appealed? Shouldn't be too difficult given the way that Jihadists and any number of other chancers routinely get gold-plated (taxpayer-funded) VIP treatment in the UK Appeals system. Meanwhile, we wait with interest the re-run of another squalid trial in the public eye. The Croydon Zombie Knife thug's 'sentence' has been reviewed.
That original sentence has been overturned, having been assessed as 'unduly lenient'. He now gets to serve a custodial sentence of 3.5 years. Still surely too lenient. Looking at the video it's not even like he was standing in front of the car waving it to kind of scare them, he was smashing at the windows with it and trying the door handles obviously trying to get in at them with the knife. What would he have done if the door had opened for him? We're in a society where people are done for politically incorrect tweets etc and THIS nutcase was initially let off with a slapped wrist for that. It's quite unbelievable.

. A woman has been stabbed to death by a fellow motorist who got out of his car and knifed her in broad daylight, police have said. Surrey Police officers were called to London Road, Ewell at 3pm after residents and fellow motorists raised the alarm. Two people have been arrested in connection with the death after leaving the scene. A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder while a second man has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. Local resident Emma Summers tweeted: "Can't believe someone has been stabbed virtually on my doorstep." One neighbour, living near the scene, said: "It was outside my house and the area is completely cordoned off. "I wasn't allowed to go through my front garden - I had to go around to get into my own house. The police are outside and they are waiting for the forensic teams to arrive." She added: "I'm not allowed to say much - but the body was out there for some time." Local Councillor Drew Heffernan said: "Really sad to hear news of a knife attack on Sparrow Farm Road. "My thoughts are with the victim's family." Chief Inspector Michael Hodder said: “This was a tragic and shocking incident in which a woman has lost her life after being attacked in broad daylight. Our thoughts are with her friends and family at this time. “At this stage we believe the victim and suspect are known to each other. We realise there will be a number of questions about what has happened which we will try to answer when we can and would ask the public not to speculate. “We have a number of officers in the area to both investigate and support the community following this attack which we believe would have been witnessed by a number of people. “If you did witness what happened and haven’t already spoken to officers, or may have dashcam footage I would urge you to do so immediately, by calling 101 and quoting the reference number PR/P19030779.” |

That was in Lordship Lane, East Dulwich nanny, literally a 5 minute drive from my gaff. My brother got mugged last week in West Norwood in broad daylight, he is a big bloke, 6'2'' and 16 stone and an ex boxer. 4 "dudes" fronted him out for his watch, wallet and phone, he chinned the ring leader and 2 of the others put a knife to his chest so he had to give them what he had or else they would have had to have killed him as he would have gone down fighting if he didn't decide to hand over.
